Step 1: Jewelry Design Consultation

Finding the perfect diamond can be daunting with so many choices in cut, color, clarity, and carats. Drawing on our 30+ years of expertise and the highest GIA/IGI standards, the DiamondConnoisseur™ sifts through our inventory of over 50,000 diamonds to find the one that fits your vision and budget perfectly.

Step 2: The Design Process 

From our consultation, our designers will sketch out or render your vision. You'll choose your embellishments - colored gemstones or diamonds, followed by your preferred metal, be it white gold, yellow gold, platinum, or another option. We'll then present you with the final design and a quotation.

Step 3: Payment for Confirmation

To kickstart the crafting of your bespoke jewelry, a 50% deposit is required. Once the payment is made, the order cannot be canceled. The remaining 50% balance will be due when your piece is ready for collection.

Step 4: Final Polishing and Stone Setting

After casting, your jewelry goes through meticulous detailing with gemstones and metals. It's then sanded, polished, and cleaned before the gemstones are set, ensuring every detail is perfected.
